You can use the following step by step guide to help you configure MS Outlook.

MS Outlook 2003 Configuration Guide

Step 1:

Launch Outlook 2003. If this is the first time you have launched Outlook, it'll open a box for you to setup your email account. If this is not the first time, you can access the box by going to the "Tools" menu and clicking "E-mail Accounts". To create your new email account, choose "Add new e-mail account" option and click "Next>".

 

Step 2:

Now, select the "POP3" option and click "Next>".

 
 

Step 3:

At this step you will be asked to enter your email account details. Under the "User Information", type your name and your email address as it appears in the sample image below. Under the "Server Information", enter mail.yourdomain.com for your Incoming mail server and outgoing mail server. Under the "Logon Information", enter your email address as your User Name and the password that you specified when you created your email account. When you are finished, click "Next>".

 

Step 4:

That's it! Now you can start sending and receiving emails by clicking the "Send/Receive" icon on your toolbar.
