Our HR department reviews each and every resume for the job opening before we start the pre-screening process of the candidates.

Pre-screen Candidate:

We receive high volume of applications and therefore our HR department prescreen candidate by reading their resume and phone interviews before we bring in a potential candidate.

Interview:

After choosing the most qualified candidates based upon their resumes, it's time to set up interviews with the hiring manager. During this stage, we're looking at how well you fit iMortgageSites.com’s culture and business goals. .
